Meet Erica Gaynor

"Educating my clients as well as their employees is the best part of my role as an advisor. Insurance, along with Healthcare Reform, is difficult for anyone to navigate alone. If I can make this process easy to understand, my day has been a success."

Erica has worked in the insurance industry since 2002 and joined the Ollis/Akers/Arney benefits team in 2005. She holds agent licenses for life and health as well as property and casualty.

Erica is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU), is a Certified Healthcare Reform Specialist (CHRS), and has achieved her Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC) designation. She is also a member of the Junior League of Springfield.

Erica was honored as a 2017 Trusted Adviser by the Springfield Business Journal and chosen as one of Springfield Business Journal’s 2020 40 Under 40 honorees. She was recently chosen as one of twenty women recognized at a national level as the Top Women in Benefits Advising for 2020.

She works with employee benefits clients in developing and implementing a customized plan to meet their specific needs and ensures that all plan components are communicated effectively, measured, and delivered in coordination with the planned timeline.
